€39 a month is 47 minutes of your time.
These are your numbers, not my promise. How much time a job really gives back differs per business. All prices exclude VAT.
You only pay once it runs.
I only invoice the setup of a job once it has run stably for thirty days. If it doesn't, you pay nothing. With custom work, I fix it free of charge within those thirty days, or you get the build price back.
Stable means: at least 98 percent of runs succeed, and every error gets flagged instead of silently swallowed. I don't promise a percentage of time saved. I promise it works.

Five processes on the membership system: a daily briefing, alerts on sessions and contracts, training credits that restore themselves, and a renewal where the member presses a button. Two of them write back into the member records. Plus a new website in three languages.

From a text message to an invoice.
Hours are logged with a plain WhatsApp message. The system pulls out the client, the hours and the description, books them in the accounts and has the draft invoices ready on the first of the month.

My own coaching practice
